The New York-based indie-pop singer-songwriter, Ingrid Michaelson is out with a brand new music video to her new single "Maybe", the first single off her fourth studio album "Everybody", which was released on August 25 via Cabin 24 Records. The album had a brief stint atop the iTunes chart shortly after its release.
The ABC Music Lounge has an exclusive behind the scenes look at the making of Ingrid's video for "Maybe," which stars as a real-life marionette of sorts in a colorful, animated puppet show. The singer-songwriter is now also hitting the road to kick off a North American headline tour in support of her recent release, "Everybody," featuring the track "Maybe" seen below. The tour has a 43-stop loop around the continent ending in Pittsburgh on November 5.
The song "Maybe" is fresh out of the oven, and the reviews were mostly positive. Billboard stated that "The last track to make it onto Ingrid Michaelson's upcoming album, 'Maybe' gets off to a melancholy start but quickly takes off thanks to resonant lyrics. Over a radio-friendly chorus, the singer resolves to embrace the uncertainty around her faltering relationship.
