Usher dropped "She Came To Give It To You"

Fresh off his white-hot performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, Usher lights up the screen alongside Nicki Minaj in the dance-heavy and super-sexy new music video for their underground disco, "She Came To Give It To You," the first single off of Usher's upcoming eighth album, "UR." The song is Usher and Minaj's second collaboration since 2010 for their hit tune "Lil Freak." And the new clip features the R&B superstar performing at an underground club, where he has his eye on a particular lady (The Floor's Taylour Paige) and it's a jolly good time.
This dance track finds Mr. Raymond telling a story of love in the club. Produced by Pharrell Williams, who delivers a smooth '80s boogie soul sound, "She Came to Give It to You" boasts the same retro vibe of "Blurred Lines," but instead of borrowing from Marvin Gaye, Usher's cut borrows more from the Gap Band. Minaj jumps in and delivers 16 bars, in which she makes sure the guys know what to do with a good woman: "Tell your man play the back like a spine/ you only last six seconds like a Vine," Minaj raps.
In the video, Usher clad in all black while he walks into an electronic store that are up and down New York City's Eighth Avenue. As he makes his way to the back, he enters a secret night club equipped with a full band as he performs the 70s inspired hit. He shows off his famous fancy footwork with one memorable dance scene with a girl, and Minaj comes through the after-hours party, dressed to kill in all black, looks sassier than ever and spits her quirky verse in front of a wall of TV monitors. The entire reality-bending video has a dark, sexy vibe and features really cool lighting.
Things seem pretty normal at first with Usher just performing the "UR" cut, but at the 1:38 mark, some dude's eyeball melts out of its socket. A few seconds later, another dancer's face erodes off and leaves a skull. The Philip Andelman-directed video also features some impressive camera tricks that seem to bend reality like an Escher etching. Still, the weirdest thing about this video is Usher singing, "Don't be stingy, pass the J." Minaj makes an appearance about halfway through! We first see Minaj's legs and feet as she struts her stuff. The camera pans upward to show Minaj's rocking body in a little black dress.

Chris Brown, Usher & Rick Ross for "New Flame"

With help from Usher and Rick Ross, Chris Brown dropped a clean and breezy new visual and has ignited a "New Flame," the fifth single from the controversial R&B singer Brown's oft-delayed upcoming sixth studio album, "X," which will be released on September 16. The setting is sleek. It's a classy, classic video full of beautiful women, lavish surroundings and a plenty of fire and shades of white, as the trio stars heat things up and dressed in all white, as are most of the models.
This synthy slow burner finds Brown attempting to convince a girl to embark on a relationship with him after meeting her in a club. The song was debuted by the singer at the 2014 BET Awards on June 29. It was his first performance after spending two and a half months in prison, as a result of getting involved in a fight outside a hotel in Washington DC. Ross brings in the rear with his luxurious raps and his closing verse has a baseball theme with references to the late New York Yankees owner, George Steinbrenner, and famous Yankee players Babe Ruth, Derek Jeter and Yogi Berra.
For the visuals, it's an all-white party, of sorts, with the two R&B stars looking crisp as they dance across scenes from the beach to Brown's weird little one man island to Usher's steps to nowhere. And a shirtless Ross joins the festivities for his verse, but sadly doesn't moonwalk, or do anything of the sort. It begins with a gratuitous shot of a Beats by Dre Pill boombox, with a bikini clad woman listening to the new Brown single with the device. But that's not all the product placement! There's also a skillfully shot frame with Zing Vodka at the start of the clip, because you have to fund music videos somehow.
It's a simplistic clip for the simple love song, as the trio hanging out together singing about a newfound love and literally sparks flames with their fiery moves. There's Brown, dances on white platforms surrounded by endless blue water and on a sandy beach at night busting synchronized moves with his crew in the sand. There's Usher, in front of a giant flaming "X," matching Brown's tone and musical efforts perfectly. And there's Ross, surrounding by women and shirtless himself on a throne, rapping the day away. It closes, of course, with some signature Brown choreography.

Usher gets lipstick on his leg in "Good Kisser"

After teasing new music for a few weeks now, Usher finally delivers his new 'ode to oral sex' single, "Good Kisser," the lead single from his upcoming as-yet-untitled eighth studio album expected to drop later this year via RCA. And just moments ago he's liberated the official music video for streaming on VEVO. The 35-year-old R&B crooner has been steadily working on his new LP for awhile now and the old-school feel of "Good Kisser" is fitting.
After experimenting with bits of electronic and dubstep with his last 2012 album, "Looking 4 Myself," Usher returns to a more straight-forward blend and R&B, soul, and funk rhythms. Produced by a team that includes Pop & Oak, it's a stripped-back soul-funk number in which Usher suggestively describes his lover's skills that tows the line between '60s pop innocence and slightly naughtier, early '90s R&B fare a la Bell Biv DeVoe. She makes him holler. She gets lipstick on his leg. She prepares steak and eggs at 5 in the morning. And that's just for starters.
Usher has "lipstick on (his) leg," and that's no accident. It's one of many seductive boasts on his funky new single, "Good Kisser," which finds the R&B phenom celebrating the art of the smooch over a nimble, uptempo groove that's a bit retro without sounding like a total throwback. "I done been around the world / I done kissed a lotta girls," Usher sings at the top. He then spends the rest of the track praising one particular set of lips, setting the scene with lots of specific imagery as jazzy keyboards and handclaps roll into the chorus.
A stylish new music video, directed by Christopher Sims, lets Usher Baby serenade you in person. In the "Good Kisser" visual, which found the 'Confessions' singer unleashes his trademark glide move in a group choreography with the perfect mood lighting and channels in on the dance scene over some funky up-tempo production, croons with his shirt off and watches a mysterious freckles lady, only wearing underwear lick an ice cube. The director giving us close up shots of many girls puckering up their colorfully lip-glossed lips.

Ludacris raps about living for "Rest of My Life"

Renown for his hard Hip-Hop appeal, Ludacris switches lanes, and teams up with Usher and beat-behemoth David Guetta released the music video for his new dance track, "Rest of My Life," taken from the 35-year-old rapper's upcoming eighth studio album, "Ludaversal," which is slated for an early 2013 release. It's the follow-up to Ludacris' 2010 album "Battle of the Sexes," which debuted at No.1 and spawned the hits "How Low" and "My Chick Bad" with Nicki Minaj.
It's been a while since we've heard something big from the southern spitter. Though the rapper released a couple of music videos this summer, his last significant hit was a surprise appearance on the remix of country singer Jason Aldean's "Dirt Road Anthem." Now, he is back. The new track pushes all the right buttons as far as pedestrian club anthems go, but certainly doesn't reinvent the wheel. The dance-inspired tune finds him serving his usual bold raps, soaring hook from Usher, and Euro-crazed instrumentation from Guetta.
The pop-driven track with a dance beat and an undeniably inspirational sound. "Rest of My Life" opens with earnest vocals from Usher before Ludacris puts away the dirty south rap verses and raps about living life to the fullest over French DJ's sonic soundscape. The song features the same kind of mid-tempo groove and dreamy vibe heard in Usher's last collaboration with Guetta, "Without You." During the instrumental sections, jolting electronic effects add an aggressive energy that should have people on dance floors everywhere going crazy.
We get soaring shots of the sky, crashing ocean waves add an inspirational vibe to Ludacris' new clip, directed by Christopher Sims, matches the track's uplifting vibes with some fantastic cinematography from around the world, from oceans to mountain tops and some occasional Usher dance moves, Guetta surrounded by wisps of smoke, and some American flag action, the video uses some visuals, quite frankly you just can't go wrong with it. So buckle in for the powerful reunion of two thirds of the 2004’s Yeah crew, Eargazms should be expected.

Usher felts like a failure and paralyzed "Numb"

Usher, turns 34 today, gets personal in his brand-new heartfelt music video for his up-tempo dance ballad, "Numb," the fourth single to be lifted from his newest seventh studio album, "Looking 4 Myself." The visual reflects his hardships and looks back on all the loved ones that have passed away. Usher is doing what he does best, dancing, to distract himself from the painful emotion bottled up inside him.
"Numb" is a dance-pop, electro-pop and euro disco song with R&B elements which contains revolutionary pop music influences. Lyrically, the club-oriented production is an inspirational song about finding one's destiny, and becoming numb to the negativity and just following your dreams. The song received generally positive acclaim from contemporary music. Everything is included, from his breakdown when he was booed for walking off stage during a concert in Berlin last year to the passing of his father and stepson, complete with some fancy choreography.
The song finds Usher singing lyrics about forgetting your troubles on the dance floor. It does have the mind-numbing, body-activating effect the song is so explicitly searching for. These are his confessions. Usher explained that the cut, "is about having no fear. Sometimes we take for granted moments that allow us to make it thru, ability to just wake-up every morning&take a breath." Usher added the song, "is what happens when you encounter that wit's end in life, like the only way to move forward is to allow yourself to go numb and go for what you feel."
Directed by Chris Applebaum and Grace Harry, the clip is a fast-paced montage of Usher's life in the near past and features several dramatic scenes of him including taking care of his sons, standing towards a microphone unable to perform and lying towards a woman in a hospital. It begins with a footage of Usher walking offstage during a show part of his OMG Tour in Berlin. From there, the video shows both the glamour of Usher's life, as well as those darker moments as he tries to shake off the pain by channeling his energy into a passionate dance inside a glass cube.  "I felt like a failure, hopeless, paralyzed, numb," Usher shares, and the video ends with he managing to break that glass cube.

Usher happily drowns in his "Dive" video

As he celebrates winning his child custody battle, Usher getting all kinds of slowed down and wet with Victoria's Secret angel Chanel Iman in the soaking wet Titanic-style clip for his latest falsetto seducer, "Dive," the fifth single from Usher's latest seventh album, "Looking 4 Myself." He never disappoints his fans when it comes to sexy videos, and Usher's new clip for “Dive” is nothing short of spectacular.
The Rico Love and Jim Jonsin-produced smooth 'Looking For Myself' ballad, is a slow-paced R&B ballad with elements of pop music, with Usher making use of his falsetto range, to which Billboard's Erika Ramirez described as "soulful." The song's lyrics metaphorically compares love to the crashing waters of the ocean "Dive," which was interpreted by critics to discuss a commitment to a relationship, whilst containing a triple-entendre.
Usher takes a trip across the ocean and jumps into the deep end diving into love to create splashy visuals for "Dive," directed by Chris Applebaum who trenches the latest visual in warm sepia tones. It features the 33-year-old R&B crooner goes sans shirt and getting steamy and sensual with his love interest, the gorgeous Iman as their luxury cabin suite starts to flood on a private yacht enjoying the water and mostly each other's company while he breaths innuendo-laden lyrics and sings into the camera.
While Iman remains safe above water, the dapper heartthrob takes a dive under. Great vivid images along the water makes this one unforgettable trip. It ends with a gorgeous shot of him and Iman kissing under the water. Plot-wise, Usher's "Dive" video is half "Titanic," half a soft-core porn R-rated movie with lots of naked sexy time in it. Unfortunately, their vessel starts to go down, and water begins to fill the cabin as he makes passionate love to Iman. Eventually, he becomes submerged under the current, but his love remains afloat. They both decided that if they're gonna go down, they should find the time to squeeze in one more hot romp before it all ends.

Usher's Facing Quite The Dilemma In "Climax"

Usher is tempted to steal back the woman of his life from his love rival and lets his emotions get the best of him in his latest moody visual offering for the ultra-sexual song "Climax," the lead single from Usher's upcoming seventh album, features juicy scenes in which he makes love to the camera and is so passionate and full of rage he nearly bursts through the screen and places Usher in a difficult position as he battles heartbreak.
This slow break-up jam finds the 33-year-old R&B superstar in lover mode as he croons in his falsetto, "Where are you now, when I need you around?" over Philadelphia producer Diplo's rippling synths. "It's odd that people view 'Climax' as a sexual song," he said in an interview. "It's not. It's not even about sex. It's really about the ultimate experience or finale of an experience of love and life." The song was released via Twitter on February 14 as a Valentine's Day present for his fans. It's a doubly satisfying departure from Usher and Diplo's respective strains of club-ready fare!
As if Usher's single "Climax," which details the struggles of loss and yearning when a relationship goes south, wasn't dramatic enough, the music video adds a whole new dark element to the song. Directed by Sam Pilling, this dramatic, highly-suspenseful and attention-gripping clip was shot in Atlanta, and visually captures the energy and extreme intensity of Usher's game-changing and "Sexxxxxxy" (Rolling Stone) single, as Usher looks suitably anguished throughout the promo while he croons and takes us through a few twists and turns of a very complicated situation.
Sitting outside his love interest's house in his car contemplating his next move with a gun loaded before he reaches his climax. Usher mentally goes through all the possible scenarios that can go down if he tries to get his girl away from another man. Though the video's narrative is a little muddled, but it essentially features bits and pieces of a forbidden relationship and allows Usher to really live in the pathos of the song's heartbroken lyrics, and it is difficult to look away from Usher when he sings so passionately. Unlike true Usher style, the clip is a purely cinematic affair that casts him as a jealous spurned lover.

David Guetta & Usher Span Globe "Without You"

French DJ-turned-dance music producer David Guetta is closing in on a banner 2011, and spreads love and unites the world with his powerful beat in a newly-premiered video for his electro-ballad club-ready song "Without You," featuring syrupy, plaintive and anguished vocals care of R&B crooner Usher, is the third single from Guetta's latest guest-happy, star-studded and hit-filled solo Lp, "Nothing but the Beat," which dropped in August.
Guetta told Billboard magazine it's "maybe the biggest song I've made in my life." Guetta also told MTV News why he chose Usher to guest on this song. "It's just totally emotional," he said. "Some of the record is a proper ballad, and then it goes to that crazy dance beat. It's perfect for him, because he's famous for his ballads. And he's also now famous for those big club records that he comes with. He's an amazing dancer, so I felt like he was the artist that I needed."
The gripping and suggestive video for "Without You" demonstrates the universal, connective power of music. It's certainly not a new sentiment, but it's made in a unique way, courtesy of this video. The French DJ turns up the music to pump up the crowd while Usher belts out the lyrics to convey the message. "Every continent is [coming] back together and it's one big party and there's no more different continents, there's no more different colors - we're all the same and we're all together," explained Guetta. "That's what the video is and that's what the music is."
The promo opens with a little intercontinental flavor, driving home the fact that Guetta is beloved all over the world. While Guetta is laying down beats for hordes of people, Usher is all alone on a beach. The duo erase the boundary with their music and bring it across the globe and the flashy clip is about all the continents forming together again and they all have a party as party-people jump like maniacs to the beat, they make the earth quake with their powerful feet. he megastars are trying to send the message that love and music is universal all throughout the world and unite the fans.

Enrique Iglesias/Usher/Lil Wayne: "Dirty Dancer"

Enrique Iglesias and R&B heavyweight Usher are clearly banking on the idea that sex sells in their new video for the catchy dance club banger, "Dirty Dancer," the re-mixed version is the third English single comes off Iglesias's first bilingual studio album "Euphoria," and Usher's EP "Versus." Featuring hip-hop titan Lil Wayne, as the trio are watching holographic dancers in nightclubs, sing and strippers perform with a few science fiction twists.
The RedOne-produced club hit, "Dirty Dancer" is a dance-pop song with rave music influences, and is about "a comely-yet-dangerous female." Usher, who announces the song is "for the dirty girls, all around the world." Iglesias explained their collaboration to MTV News: "Usher and I had been talking for quite some time. We always wanted to work together. Usher's a great guy, extremely talented." Though the song actually came out last year, the video provides a fresh spin on the tune with a lot more attitude.
The Ethan Lader-directed video features a pole-dancer as the "Dirty Dancer" whom Iglesias is singing about. In an ode to exotic dancers everywhere, Usher sings alone in a dark room, while Iglesias has girls performing and Wayne raps, projected onto the side of a building in one of the video's many futuristic twists. Lost by the presentation of a female dancer that is never lonely, Iglesias finds himself intrigued by a woman that acts like she never sleeps and refuses to love. Entrapped by her physique and her ability to reject the possibility of emotions, Iglesias is lost in navigating his emotional pursuit in a futuristic gentleman's club.
Usher perceives the "Dirty Dancer" as a woman that does not want to love, but enjoys the pleasure of self-fulfillment by teasing his motivations. He knows that he has no chance of physically getting close to her in the computer-generated video for "Dirty Dancer." Wayne informs the "Dirty Dancer" that it's going down but only if they are dancing dirty. The girls are just illusions, all three singers turn to hologram and back, and Iglesias even sports a mechanized heart. As the video continues, the girls become customizable, and Iglesias can change from one virtual stripper to another at the touch of a button. At least until his "Credit Expires" and the girl disappears mid-kiss, leaving a very disappointed Latin pop star to end the video.

Diddy-Dirty Money & Usher're 'Looking for Love'

"Last Train To Paris" is still making stops. Despite what you may think, Diddy Dirty Money's "Last Train To Paris" is still choo-chooing out singles along with visuals to accompany them. This time, Diddy has now revealed that he's still desperately milking what he can from his latest studio installment "Last Train to Paris" which has been in stores since last December, by dropping a music video for the seventh track "Looking for Love" featuring two superstars, as Diddy re-teamed with his former protege and R&B/Pop crooner Usher for the new video.
Diddy Dirty Money & Usher know that while they may be seeking to simply produce a 'movie' in the club for their latest video that females are "Looking for Love" and that they are the primary targets. Indifferent to the attempts, Diddy acknowledges that one of the females pursuing to indulge in his lifestyle, and Usher is aware of the devious intentions so he watches because knows the female interested in him even wants the lovely cutie that is accompanying him. Neither Diddy nor Usher seem worried about the fact that they are spending their "Dirty Money" on women that claim to be "Looking for Love" but are really hoping to be attached to their celebrity, fame and wealth.
Diddy and Usher know something about finding love in awkward places and in the clip for "Looking For Love," Sean Combs adds 'Rick Ross Impersonator' to his laundry list of ventures while Collin Tilley does his own visual magic. For the most part, it's a standard affair but with Tilley on the verge as one of hip-hop's now most sought after director's, it seems bigger than it should. Whatever it true intentions are, its clear from the video that neither Usher nor Diddy are lacking in the confidence department. Although it is inconvenient that the artists keep looking in the wrong places, the Colin Tilley-directed visual is worth checking out.
The clip finds the both superstars hit an underground club, charming the ladies by inviting them back to their table. All in the name of love. Club scenes are dispersed in between scenes of Usher and Diddy performing atop a rooftoop overlooking the city's darkest, most Gotham-esque corners while extolling both the virtues of and warning against an irresistible woman who may be after love. Dirty Money's Dawn and Kalenna aren't singing on the track, but are as glorified extras seducing the camera with their suggestive moves in the dark visual.

Usher Debuts 'DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love' f/ Pitbull

R&B heavyweight Usher is back on the dance floor in just-released video for his current single "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love," the official first single from his debut extended play album, "Versus," is in stores on Tuesday. The new album, he says, "[is] an extension of Raymond Versus Raymond." The eight new tracks give his fans an "extended experience" of his previous hit record. The clip was filmed by Japanese director Hiro Murai, and has a party vibe with Usher moving through the party as the DJ speeds it up and slows it down.
Alongside rapper Pitbull, the "OMG" singer tries to put his best foot forward to show the world that, even at 31, he's got what it takes to takeover the dance floor. He has got fans falling in love with his dance moves again. There is no better way to celebrate a dance record other than hitting the club and getting that bodies rockin' from side to side. "I feel like I'm back for the first time," he says. The five-time Grammy winner can't stop with his signature moves, on and off camera. "This video isn't primarily about dance," he says, "although I will be dancing." And he makes it count, sweating on the dance floor like it's the last day of his life. To his credit, there is no scene of him actually falling in love so we avoid that cliche. To his discredit, he only teases us with some slight dance moves. We would have loved to have seen him do a full-out dance video.
Reviews from critics were very positive complementing the club vibe and the songs chorus. Bill Lamb from About.com thought that the song have "memorable chorus", is smooth and "gliding club groove". He also say that "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love" is a smooth, easy club tune that could take Usher clear back to the top of the pop charts. He finished the review saying that "The song has a big big chorus and Usher sings it with appropriate passion." Matthew Wilkening from AOL Music also praised the song, saying that "Usher aims to continue his recent string of chart success, with this all-new, club-ready dance song, which seems likely to start a lot of new relationships out on dance floors this summer.
When people experience life-altering events, they either thrive or crumble under the pressure. Global entertainment icon Usher certainly belongs in the former category. His life as a newly single man has resulted in tremendous creative output and some of the best music of his remarkable career. Only a few months removed from the release of "Raymond V. Raymond," Usher returns with "Versus," a masterful conceptual sequel to its predecessor. But "Verses" is about more than sensuality. "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love" celebrates the joy of hitting a nightclub after a long workweek, bumping into a familiar face and using the opportunity to dance like it's the last night of your life. And with "Versus," Usher adds another rock-solid entry to a musical catalog that grows more impressive with each release.

Usher Teases Steamy, Sexy 'There Goes My Baby'

The 'King of R&B' Usher might be getting ready to release a new EP "Versus," but that hasn't stopped him from filming a video for current single. With Usher joining all the artists going towards a dance pop direction, he has finally dropped this new video on BET and Vevo for his mid-tempo R&B urban single "There Goes My Baby" from his latest platinum-certified album, "Raymond vs. Raymond," to show that he hasn't forgot about his urban fans and that he can still do R&B. This heartfelt ballad was the first promotional single for album, but later it was released as the record's fourth single.
The slow-burning ballad song has been out for a very long time with a lot of radio spins since even before the album dropped back in March. We have to say this is the longest we had to wait for the video of a hit record. The song is a really smooth and sexy R&B jam that has a lullaby style melody. Usher explained the song's origins to The New York Times on March 26: "The feeling of it is if you have a true connection with somebody, no matter what happens in life, it will always come back," he said. "No matter how long it takes to make it through whatever issues pull you apart, something pulls you back together. The rest is between the lines."
The R&B crooner slows it down and seduces the ladies in his brand new music video which was directed by Anthony Mandler is quite similar to Usher's previous music videos. Basically, this clip gives fans a look at "every man's desire for women," according to Us Weekly. The 31-year-old R&B singer is seen occasionally wears a tank top, and goes shirtless. He does some Tai-Chi-inspired dance moves on a hillside at sunrise, some lonely, tortured singing to a concrete wall and eventually, in the grand finale, consummates his relationship with his beautiful leading lady.
Time is testament to the mark of greatness, and for this era that mark belongs to Usher, the consummate entertainer who transcends the boundaries of popular culture, redefining the nature of superstardom. After 14-year-old Usher was spotted by a LaFace record executive at a talent show in his hometown of Atlanta in 1992, it took no time for his career to take off. Usher's considerable achievements begin with over 45 million records sold world wide and a stable of five Grammy awards. The singer, composer, producer, actor, businessman, designer and philanthropist is the quintessential contemporary icon, celebrated for nearly two decades. Usher has come into his own as a sage artist, skillfully capturing the stirring emotions of the human heart in a complete, balanced album in soul-stirring jams, in serious grown man fashion.

Justin Bieber Debuts "Somebody To Love" Remix

The music video for Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber's new hit single, "Somebody To Love" remix featured backing vocals from his mentor Usher, has premiered during the dancing competition "So You Think You Can Dance" Thursday night on FOX. The new song "Somebody to Love" is the second single taken from his chart topper "My World 2.0" and the video is actually a good fit with the dance show.
This particular dance-heavy clip was shot in May and was directed the famous Dave Meyers who is responsible for many of Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson and Avril Lavigne's videos. In the past, Bieber has merely teased fans with funky dance moves, but in the new video for his single "Somebody to Love," the teen pop star really lets loose, showing off some impressive choreography, channeled R&B superstar Usher and with dance group Poreotics, who recently won season 5 of Randy Jackson's "America's Best Dance Crew" show. The video also features a cameo from "Beat Freaks," who were runners up on season 3 of same show. "It's really awesome to be able to work with professional dancers, you know, people that were in, like America's Best Dance Crew," Bieber himself stated.
While Bieber's videos thus far have had a story line, this one is really just Bieber and various dancers backing him up for the club-friendly pop tune, while he and Usher display their keen skills in all things pop-and-lock. Meyers said about working with Bieber on this particular video, "[We're] bringing Justin into the world of dance on this one, giving Justin the chance to integrate to different styles of dance," Meyers says in the video. "So we kind of kept it simple with the art direction, just real graphic and really highlighting the dance. No big story lines, no crowds of people, just real clean."
The tune is a dance track that finds Bieber professing his love for a girl, telling her he doesn't need much else — just her. "It's basically about somebody to love," Bieber laughs. "It's cool. It's young. It's nice. I think it's like a universal record." The new video for song is almost as good as getting hooked on a catchy summer single. An old soul is the last thing you would expect to find inside Bieber. But all it takes is one listen to the 16 year-old soul-singing phenomenon to realize that he is light years ahead of his manufactured pop peers. The Canadian pop star will embark on a sold-out U.S. tour next week.

Usher released "Lil Freak" Featuring Nicki Minaj

R&B crooner Usher links up with Young Money lady in charge Nicki Minaj for the official music video on BET's 106 & Park last Wednesday, for his latest single "Lil' Freak," was inspired by real-life experiences, produced by Polow Da Don. The so-called freaky video which is claimed to have 'Saw' elements - the dark, underground club scene is full of tempting treats, including R&B singer Ciara, who makes a cameo along with Jamie Foxx. The song, after-all, is all about Usher getting his girl to recruit another chick so that she, Usher and the other girl can have a threesome.
The song was released as the second US-only single from his sixth studio album, "Raymond v. Raymond," which is set to drop next Tuesday via Sony Music. The song, lyrically based around the thrill of orchestrating threesomes in a club, is of more explicit nature than typical Usher songs, dating back to 2001's "U Don't Have to Call". The song is mid-tempo, with supported by heavy bass beats produced by Polow da Don, which Prefix Magazine called "Jurrasic Park synths." Pitchfork Media called "a monstrous swirl of orchestral exoticism."
Usher's "Lil' Freak" might have caught you off guard when it debuted. According to Usher, the song is not only a great record but, true when it comes to his life. "I mean, I wrote about it," Usher said that when he sang about asking girls to get him girls on the track "Lil' Freak," he wasn't just entertaining. The song was inspired by real life. Young Money female rapper Minaj rocks a sexy Cruella de Vil hairstyle — half black, half blond. She helps lure a woman into Usher's underground playground.
The video features, of all things, random women dancing around Usher and being "Little Freaks." It's dark and sexual, as one would expect from the parentally advised lyrics. Usher is his usual cool, laid back self, while the seductive Minaj is getting her "Barbie" on with yet another two-tone wig and makes several puns in her lines.
Usher and Minaj shot the music video on March 9 in Los Angeles and directed by Taj Stansberry, who he explained about video, "My general idea was to take the word and show it's many faceted sides, twisting and turning it to where there's really no distinguishing between one freak and another. Usher went there," he says. "When you're engaging in sexual activity, there are many transitions and this is not about what they look like literally, but what they look like metaphorically. It's about luring people into a situation. Because you have your thoughts on a ménage à trois, but then we're doing it in a non-obvious way." In all, the video is interesting to look at and should be the perfect bridge to the release of Usher's new album "Raymond Vs Raymond" on March 30.

Usher Premiered "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)"

The Grammy-winning R&B singer-songwriter Usher just premiered his new dancey music video for latest sexy R&B hit, "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" Thursday, January 28 morning via all MTV Network. R&B crooner Usher's taking it back to the basics and still knows how to bust a move in his videos.
Usher is finally getting the ball rolling on his new album. "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" is the proper lead off official single from his upcoming sixth studio album "Raymond v. Raymond," which promises to have the same intimate, detailed, revelatory feeling of the Atlanta singer's breakthrough confessions, by all accounts, is a very personal thing and will hit stores on March 30. It's about temptation, love and lust, and also about distance and the effect it has on all those things. The song was written by longtime Usher collaborator Rico Love, produced by The Runners, and features Rapper Plies. The track is fortified with a hot beat and sexy lyrics.
Usher, the 31-year-old singer and today's top R&B male performers spends a considerable amount of time in the video for "Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)" making sure you know he can dance way, way better than you. The video has him torn between nightlife and home life, and Usher is subjected to his fair share, mostly from some over-friendly dancers, taking in a meeting and finally ending up home with the special woman in his life, a love interest played by French model Noemie Lenoir, and serving behind the lens is Chris Robinson. One thing's for certain: Distance may make the heart grow fonder, but there are limits to everything. Usher may want to be no place but home, and "Hey Daddy" is proof of that. The good news is Usher is still in top form as a dancer, his voice is still as smooth as silk.
