Ashley Arrison is back with the music video for her latest single "Caged Bird," one of the most thematically and lyrically intense cuts off her debut full-length album, "Hearts on Parade," were created from a love of well-crafted country lyrics and pop melodies, as it addresses an abusive love. The cinematography is stunning and captures the essence of the story - especially as the time lapse kicks in to match the dizzying effect of the song's string section. Nashville-based pop vocalist Ashley Arrison has released her first music video for for the lead single "Trying To Help You Out," was co-written with Kelly Clarkson, who also lends backing vocals to the track, an accomplished slice of pop-rock with well-crafted country lyrics that is taken from her new full-length debut album, "Hearts on Parade," just hits the streets on July 1, and was her heartfelt, honest lyrics that initially drew us to her music and the album stays true to that formula with its brilliant blend of well-crafted country lyrics and pop melodies.
"Trying to Help You Out" is full of heartbreaking pop goodness and a cautionary tale to a loved one that pursuit will result in imminent heartbreak. Arrison enlists good friend Clarkson for the song. There's beauty in restraint as Clarkson harnesses her trademark vocals creating more of a haunting effect, allowing Arrison to stand out.
