Medina's new song, a powerful ballad and a heartfelt music dedicated to his fiancée Juliana Ramos, who suffered brain injuries in a car accident just before they were scheduled to be married, is primarily made up of old and new footage of Ramos, shots of Medina crying, and footage of Medina crying looking at old pictures of his fiancée.
