Timbaland & OneRepublic | "Apologize"(Remix)

"Apologize" is a song written by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder for the Colorado band's 2007 debut album "Dreaming Out Loud". The remix of "Apologize" was produced and mixed by Timbaland (born March 10, 1971 in Virginia), and featured on Timbaland's studio debut album, "Timbaland Presents Shock Value". The song explores the personal pain of multiple relationships gone awry and the necessity of moving on.

The official video associated with the remix was filmed on today, and will release in early October. In this video, Timbaland is shown remixing the song while the camera circles OneRepublic as they perform. Other my favorite singles from OneRepublic are "Hearing Voices" and "Say All I Need". Find more on their Official Artist Page on iLike and MySpace.

Avril Lavigne | "When You're Gone" (Video)

"When You're Gone" is the 2nd single from her album 'The Best Damn Thing'. This video was directed by Marc Klasfeld, and features a young pregnant woman whose husband is away fighting in the war, an elderly man whose wife has recently died, and a teenage couple who are forbidden by the girl's mother to be together. Avril said that the video is very personal, and is about being with someone you love, and you have to say goodbye, and all the little things you miss about them.

Avril Lavigne was born to a French Canadian family in Belleville, Ontario, Canada on September 27, 1984. "Avril" is after the month "April" in French. The 'pop-punk princess' is currently one of the top-selling artists releasing albums in the United States, with over 10.25 million copies.
Avril is one of my all time favorite singers. My favorite songs including "Complicated", "I Will Be", "I'm With You", "Keep Holding On", "My Happy Ending" and "Nobody's Home". Click for her "Official Site" and her "MySpace Site".

Elliott Yamin | "Wait for You" (Album)

Elliott Yamin was born on July 20, 1978 in Los Angeles, and placing 3rd runner-up on the 5th season of American Idol. Elliott suffered from a lack of overt star quality on the show, but his hit single, "Wait for You" boasts amplitude of a radio ready headliner.
"Wait for You" was the first official single released from his self-titled debut album "Elliott Yamin" on March 13. The song is a slow tempo ballad composed in C major. It has the biggest potential to be the album's most massive hit, great radio-friendly melody, the lyrics are so relatable. Elliott mentions in the song waiting indefinitely for the one he loves to come back to him. Despite the fact she has left him, he insists he knows she still loves him. It was aired on radio for the 1st time on March 1, and released to iTunes on March 13, and was honored as one of the most performed songs in the ASCAP repertory during 2007. Elliott is proof that you don't need to be an actual AI "winner" to be.

The music video for the song director by Nick Spanos, was premiered today. It shows Elliott in a variety of locations reminiscing about his girlfriend who has left him. The video shows Elliott on the beach, in his bedroom, and simply walking on a sidewalk picturing his ex-girlfriend's smiling face, and pleading for her to come back, just like in the lyrics of the song. The video features a recurring close up face shot of Elliott, in a black and white tone. Elliott is also shown in the studio recording the song throughout the video. In the end, his ex-girlfriend finally approaches him on the beach.

Katharine McPhee | "Over It" (Alt. Ending)

Katharine McPhee (born March 25, 1984 in LA) gained fame as a contestant on the American Idol season five (2006), and eventually finishing as the runner-up. "Over It" is the lead single on her self-titled debut album, and has sold 375,000 copies to date. The song's music video hit #1 on both TRL and VH1's Top 20 countdown. The song was reportedly described by McPhee as "the only real pop song on the record" and as being "a very sultry song about young love".

The video premiered on TRL today. The video starts with McPhee in front of a camera singing to her ex-boyfriend. The video with alternate ending is the same in the beginning, but in this version, when she reaches her ex-boyfriend she feigns to want to kiss him and removes the DVD from her pocket and makes to hand it to him, but at the last second she puts it back in her pocket and they are seen walking away smiling and holding hands. Thus, She's over it in that she's forgiving and forgetting about his past wrongdoing.

André Rieu - Don't cry for me Argentina @ NYC

As usual, Andre's music is amazing, unbelievable, superb! She always makes the audience a part of the performance. This is one of songs, live in New York at Radio City Music Hall, and you will never forget.

[lyrics]
It won't be easy, you'll think it strange
When I try to explain how I feel
That I still need your love after all that I've done

You won't believe me
All you will see is a girl you once knew
Although she's dressed up to the nines
At sixes and sevens with you

I had to let it happen, I had to change
Couldn't stay all my life down at heel
Looking out of the window, staying out of the sun

So I chose freedom
Running around, trying everything new
But nothing impressed me at all
I never expected it to

Don't cry for me Argentina
The truth is I never left you
All through my wild days
My mad existence
I kept my promise
Don't keep your distance

And as for fortune, and as for fame
I never invited them in
Though it seems to the world they were all I desired

They are illusions
They're not the solutions they promised to be
The answer was here all the time
I love you and hope you love me

Don't cry for me Argentina

Don't cry for me Argentina
The truth is I never left you
All through my wild days
My mad existence
I kept my promise
Don't keep your distance

Have I said too much?
There's nothing more I can think of to say to you
But all you have to do is look at me
To know that every word is true

Don't cry for me Argentina
