Alex Goot Premiered His Video For "Pretty Eyes"

The upcoming pop artist Alex Goot just released his new official lovely-dovey video for his original single "Pretty Eyes," from his three track EP "Read My Mind," which is available now on iTunes. Collaborated with Kurt Hugo Schneider, who is director of photography and colorist for the video, and said it was an awesome experience. He also states: "He is an incredibly talented dude."
Goot is a one man pop rock and acoustic band from Poughkeepsie, New York. He provides the vocals, drums, guitars, keyboards & programming for all his songs, some of which are his own written work and others, covers of classic and modern pop songs. He began recording music in 2004 at the age of 16, and since then has gained popularity from his profiles on websites such as Purevolume and Myspace, on which he distributes some of his music and provides news and regular updates to his increasing fanbase on his progress. Goot also maintains one to one contact with his fans via such websites and loves to hear from those who appreciate his work.
Nearly all of his videos show him playing every single instrument and sound that you can hear. Goot truly is a talented young man and I'm sure he’ll go a long way. The song "Pretty Eyes" itself is beautifully written and produced. I like how raw it sounds, yet it's not an acoustic or anything. Often times, I'm so used to hearing auto-tuned pop music on the radio, it's nice to listen to something that the music video just takes the pretty factor up another notch. With Goot's sweet voice, the song sounds very romantic.
The music video is basically about the chemistry between him and his love interest, the girl, Starring Julie Shain, with the pretty eyes. The lyrics are really sweet and his vocals are well harmonized. Shain was also featured in Schneider's other video called "Nothing Left Unsaid." Goot did only one self-made album with dozens of cover songs from Michael Jackson to Katy Perry in August 2010 and two singles at the end of the year which kinda makes me think why we never heard about him. His "Pretty Eyes" video already hit over 1,800,000 views on Youtube!
