Tyler Blackburn Debuts His Singing "Save Me"

Tyler Blackburn from 'Pretty Little Liars' made his singing debut with a music video for "Save Me." It's the kicks off single with the theme from the upcoming web series "Wendy," which will have twice weekly episodes on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning September 15th for five weeks. Blackburn was born in Burbank, California, and has been working in television and film since 2005.
The 24-year-old actor stars of "Pretty Little Liars," to reveal his musical side: He's starring a sexy, rocker version of Peter Pan in the upcoming series, "Wendy," a modern day interpretation of the classic "Peter Pan" tale. Everyone knows the classic "Peter Pan" story about a dude who lives in Neverland, tortures Captain Hook and never wants to grow up. But what's always been appealing to us about the tale is the exceptionally creative "Wendy." It looks magical.
The Facebook series follows a girl (Meaghan Martin) who mush choose between the boy she loves and the boy of her dreams. But this sure-to-be tween favorite won't be showing on network television or cable stations - it's set for a September premiere on the internet. "Save Me" features Blackburn proving that he's more than just a hunky actor, and his soaring vocals and winsome persona are the perfect segue into his character Pete on the forthcoming Alloy Entertainment show.
You've fallen in love with him on "Pretty Little Liars" and now Blackburn is belting it out in this music video for his new web series, "Wendy!" And we're all kinds of attracted to him while he's singing this jam, "Save Me," and serenading his co-star Martin. The song "Save Me" is pretty darn catchy and if this video is any indication of what the series will be like, consider us just as gitty as we were the first time we caught the Disney flick.
