"I was born under unusual circumstances." The story is about a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards: a man, like any of us, who is unable to stop time. from the end of World War I in 1918, into the 21st century, following his journey that is as unusual as any man's life can be.
It was written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. 'Benjamin Button,' is a grand tale of a not-so-ordinary man and the people and places he discovers along the way, the loves he finds, the joys of life and the sadness of death, and what lasts beyond time. A life lived backwards can be far more enriching..." and describes the film as "a magical and moving account of a man living his life resoundingly in reverse"
It's a curious story indeed, warm tears, sweet-hearted film, filled with some truly touching stuff about impermanence, love and loss for the fleeting joys of life... very very interesting movie!!!

Katy Perry | "Thinking of You" (Video)
Katy Perry was born October 25, 1984 in California, she rose to fame in 2007 with her internet hit "Ur So Gay", and later scored in 2008 her breakthrough single "I Kissed a Girl". The single "Thinking of You" is the 3rd single of Katy Perry from her debut album "One of the Boys". It is one of three tracks from the album written solely by Katy. It initially received some positive reviews leading up to the release. Billboard wrote "...Thinking of You is decidedly more earnest..." and ended with "As a woman who has played the game for longer than most realize, she has earned her keep."
The music video is a 2nd and official music video in the 1st week of December 2008, directed by Melina. The video premiered exclusively on iTunes on today. The video was presented as a flashback montage with a young woman (played by Perry) whose lover is killed in France during the 2nd World War. Katy is clearly not pleased with her new love and longs for her deceased lover to be back. It features actor Matt Dallas as Perry's true love and model Anderson Davis as Katy's second love in the video. As of July 7, 2009, the song has received more than 11 million views on YouTube.

Alexandra Burke | "Hallelujah" (Live)
Alexandra Burke was born on 25 August 1988 in London, and winner of the 5th series of UK television singing talent show "The X Factor". Alexandra became the current European record holder for single sales over a period of 24 hours, selling 105,000 copies of her debut single, "Hallelujah", in one day. "Hallelujah" went on to become the Christmas #1 single of 2008. It is the 1st time that an X Factor winner has topped the end of year chart in the UK with their winner's single, and making Alexandra the 1st British female solo artist to sell a million copies of a single in the UK.
At the X Factor's final, she sang what would become her debut single, a 1984 song by Leonard Cohen, "Hallelujah", for the 1st time. Finally, with over 8 million votes cast in total, Alexandra was revealed as the winner with 58% of the final vote, which is 1 million more votes than JLS in the final. Alexandra's cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", which she performed on the show, is available as a digital-download now, and will be released on CD next Wednesday (December 17th).

Akon | "Freedom" (Album)
Freedom is the third studio album by singer, Akon. The album was originally named Acquitted, however Akon changed it due to its negative connotation. Freedom is the first album by Akon not to carry the Parental Advisory warning, although there is still profanity in the album. The album debuted at number seven on the Billboard 200, selling 110,000 copies its first week. It currently sold about 600,000 copies in the U.S.
Let's enjoy two of my favorite songs in this album now. Please click on each title to listen. "Freedom" and "Beautiful" (featuring with Colby O'Donis & Kardinal Offishall.)

Brandy | "Long Distance"(Video)
Brandy was born into a musical family in Mississippi on February 11, 1979. She is one of the most successful of the new breed of urban R&B female vocalists. "Long Distance" is a song from her 5th studio album, "Human" in 2008. The lyrics of the ballad deal with the protagonist's difficulties of a long-distance relationship.
Although a music video for the song was actually expected to be shot by Norwegian director Ray Kay in the week October 20, a clip for "Long Distance" was eventually filmed by Chris "C-Rob" Robinson on November 6 in LA, who wants to depict his vision of taking Brandy "through the feeling of missing the person she's in love with." The music video premiered on Perez Hilton today.
My all time favorite: "Human", "Right Here Departed", "The Definition", "True" and "A Capella Somethings Missing". Check her Official Site and MySpace for more.
